In the Middlw District of Florida, theres were 47,04 bankruptcy filings in the 12 monthsz endedMarch 31, compared to 30,031 in the year ender March 31, 2008.

During the quarter ended March 31, there were 13,332 total filings in the Middle District of including 9,687 Chapter 7 filings, 127 Chaptefr 11 filings, and 3,513 Chapter 13 There were 683 business bankruptcies filed in the quarter endedx March 31, including 507 businessews that sought to liquidate through Chaptere 7, and 116 that sought to reorganiz their debts through Chapter 11.
