In what the departmenrt calls “On the Road to Better Business,” Drago toured Florida to meet with the businessd owners and professionals thedepartment serves. “Challenginv economic times call for more creativee approaches to engage customers indepartment enhancements,” Drago said in the release. The first “Qualityh on the Line” event will be in South Floridaz on June 2 from noon to3 p.m. Drago plana to hold similar virtual officew hours in each Duringthose periods, he will be at his computee in Tallahassee, reading and responding to concerns as they come in from the Web-basedf form.
Following the online office Drago will share his experienceds througha “Customers on the Line” blog, the departmentg said. The department’s mission is to license efficientlgy andregulate fairly, the release It licenses more than 1 million businessea and professionals ranging from real estate veterinarians, and accountants to contractor s and cosmetologists.
